How do you
Fascinate?

A relaxed but focused mind is the ideal state for allowing the body's immune system to operate at its best.

Sally Hogshead - Author of How The World Sees You and Fascinate talks about how fascination is a state of mind that allows your body to relax. For those familiar with the concept of "flow" she draws parallels.

On her newest website "How to Fascinate" she investigates the value of fascinating people in the workplace: the application to stepping out of loneliness is a connection that can be easily made.

In her words; "From Renaissance scholars to Sigmund Freud, scholars have used the word fascination to describe the same hypnotic power of persuasion. But fascination is not the same as interest. Fascination is a neurological state of intense focus, one that creates an irresistible feeling of engagement. It's almost the same as falling in love."

Simply put, when you find your fascination others find you fascinating!

ASSIGNMENT: Listen to the video below. Save yourself some time by starting at the 6:23 minute mark "you can't fall in love in 9 seconds..." and learn.
