Your Flow Prompter is Love. You are surrounded by people with whom you share a connection but it's potentially clouded by judgmental feelings. 

The Golden Rule


WIKI: "The Golden Rule or law of reciprocity is the principle of treating others as one would wish to be treated." 

We have all heard this before, but with your type of loneliness, it seems to be a common achilles heal. We all know how great unconditional love feels and yet you have a hard time delivering it because our short-term brain kicks in and wants to make a tit-for-tat transaction out of everything.

Thinking long term is hard without a plan, or at least a muse to keep you on track emotionally. So in this course we are going to give you a plan.

Assignment: You are going to look for opportunities in your daily life to be unconditionally loving and you are going to consciously make a decision to be loving or not.  Either way is ok so long as you write down the truth of your decision.

In your journal, or on your moodifier or anywhere you keep lists and notes in your life, document your promise to your self by writing these words:  


"For the next (CHOOSE ANY # OF DAYS or HOURS)  X days I , YOURNAME, am going to keep track of every moment that I had the opportunity to be unconditionally loving (or not) and I am going to write those moments down and indicate whether I was able to be my best self or not.  I will also list those moment when I felt a sense of triumph and/or progress. At the end of the 5 days I will log on and Moodify about my results (PUBLIC / PRIVATE UP TO YOU)"

And then you are going to do it.

 Here is the Jedi-like directive that is so simple
that it sounds wrong:

less than you can

If you promise yourself 5 days and forget after day 2, then you are not doing yourself any favors.  If you can only do this fore the next 12 hours, or 4 hours, or 20 minutes . . .  then start there.

Love over time is built on many moments, so to is the reversal of loneliness. Give it time and many little successes and soon enough you will be living without it.
